However, this did not keep the Lady Challengers down for long and they were able to come out strong and fight back in the second game.Karen Heimgartener lead the Challengers off with a double and ended up scoring the only run for the Challengers of the day with a wild pitch and a stolen base.
The Challengers defense was flawless keeping the Barracudas from scoring for 6 straight innings. On the mound for the Challengers Macy Morgan had 8 strikeouts and only allowed 2 hits until the 6th inning where then the Barracudas capitalized on four more hits scoring 3 runs ending the game for a 3-1 loss for the Challengers.
The Lady Challengers face the Barracudas again Tuesday night at Rümlang where they will seek out their revenge.

The Barracudas are riding a six-game winning streak against the Challengers. The last win for the C's dates back to June 29, 2011. The Challengers are leading the all-time series 15-10. ...Heimgartner delivered her 100th hit in a Challengers uniform as she hit a lead-off double in the first inning.
