7Barracudas rally to stop Challengers' winning streak
For five innings, it looked like the Challengers would post their ninth win in a row.But the Zurich Barracudas rallied for three runs in the top of the sixth and final inning to win the game 8-7.
All of those runs in the final inning were unearned as the Challengers' defense committed two errors.
Reliever Nick Lehmann's wild pitch enabled the winning run to score from third base.
Starter Willy Schaub worked 5 2-3 innings, but was eventually credited with his first loss of the season.
Offensively, Lehmann led the team by going 4-for-4, raising his team-leading average to .800 (16-for-20). He also collected two RBI's, giving him 18 on the season.
