The Challengers again managed to score six runs off the Athletics, but this time it wasn't enough. They lost game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader 13-6.

The Athletics roughed up Räber for six hits, three of them doubles and one homer, in that two innings.
The Challengers managed to score two in each of the third and fourth innings off Steiner, but they couldn't overcome the red-hot Athletics who ended up scoring 12 runs - one of them unearned - off Räber (0-1) on ten hits and seven walks.
Bregy ended the game going 4-for-4 including two doubles, two runs scored, two stolen bases and an RBI. He now leads all Challengers with a .526 batting average and eight stolen bases.
