It was Zöllig's (1-1) first complete game in his NLB-career. He allowed 11 runs - four earned - on seven hits and four walks, striking out eight.
He got a big support from his offense that didn't score as many runs since last July 11 when they crushed the Braves 20-10.
NLA starter Joe Cox had four hits in as many at-bats in his first game in the NLB. Cox, Tobias Siegrist and Cameron Minns collected three RBI's apiece.
But the Challengers also overcame seven errors that led to seven unearned runs. They now have 21 defensive blunders in three games this season.
