3Palatinus, Challengers slam Rainbows
The Challengers easily outscored the Embrach Rainbows 16-3 in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader.
Palatinus collects five RBI's.
Harry Bregy added a season-high three hits, doubling his season total to six. He also stole three bases.
Thomas Burger threw six shutout innings, before starting to tire in the seventh inning, and giving up three runs on a bases-loaded walk and two RBI-singles.
He finished with three earned runs given up on nine hits and four walks, while also striking out a season-high nine batters, to equal his record at 2-2 on the season.
