Leimgruber was honored as the Softball-Team's Most Improved Player at the 2016 Challengers General Assembly, as she finished the season with a .297 on-base percentage, 3 hits, 6 runs, 4 RBI's and 5 stolen bases and a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage as an outfielder.
