The Challengers placed pitcher James Sanders on the disabled list. The 34-year old American will miss six to seven weeks due to a broken left forearm. Sanders has been injured on Sunday, April 26 against the Luzern Eagles, as he was hit by a pitch in the first inning. Sanders started strong into the 2015 season, as he tossed a complete game win on Opening Day at Bern allowing one run and eight hits, while also striking out eight.
